Jessica O’Donnell allegedly posed as a war widow, saying her husband had been killed in Iraq, WYFF-TV in Greenwood, S.C., reported. Investigators say she offered to bear children for couples, telling them she wanted to help because of her personal tragedy.

her husband name is wrong and she also wanted in washington state for perjury

This is truly a very alarming article and serves as a caution to all couple who are contemplating shortcuts when opting for surrogacy.
Nothing can compensate the services and the security provided by reputed agencies and organizations. There are many initial steps, which include exhaustive counseling to ensure that all parties involved are committed andhave the right motives for choosing surrogacy. Hence chances of unfortunate couples being cheated by people similar to Jessica O’ Donnell will be eliminated.
