		<description>The ruling of the French court is disappointing as the article  does not address the main issues involved. The decision does not seem to be made after keeping the child in focus. This is a very complicated matter indeed and a set of universal international law will surely eliminate this problem. The need of the hour is to have international regulations binding to all countries set by an international regulatory body.
